Chilli Con Carne
Add some super hot sauce to really blow your balls off.

Ingredients
Meat
- 1.5 kg ground beef
- 1 tsp chilli flake
- 1.5 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp corriander
Sauce
- 1 can beans (~400g)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2.5 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate
- 3 tsp of stock powder
Vegetables
- 200g onion
- 200g carrot
- 200g celery
- 200g capsicum
- 2 cans crushed or diced tomatoes (~400g each)
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp chilli flake
- 1/2 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp corriander
Directions
- Saute the vegetable mix.
- Add garlic and saute briefly until aromatic.
- Add tomato paste and cook off.
- Add spice mix and saute until aromatic.
- Add the cans of tomatoes and cook all for 5-10 mins.
- Blend this cooked vegetable mix and reserve in a pot or slow cooker.
- In seperate frying pan brown the ground beef.
- As it begins to achieve desired browning add the spice mix so the spices only cook for 1-2 mins or just until aromatic to avoid burning.
- Add the cooked beef and spices into the pot or slow cooker with the veg mix.
- Add the beans and the rest of the “sauce” components to the pot/slow cooker and cook through.
- Season to taste.
